Our practice areas are traditional. Our approach is not.

Creating futures, one person at a time.

Although we understand that divorce is an emotional and trying process to navigate, we see it also as an opportunity for a fresh start. We keep this in mind whether we are retained to dissolve a relationship or draft an asset protection tool such as a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement.

We help each client reach a just result.

We see ourselves as both facilitators who help each couple come to agreement on key issues, and legal experts who go to court when the process needs a nudge or a judge to move toward resolution. In our experience, a streamlined approach brings closure faster, and enables clients to move forward sooner rather than later.

We understand how to use the judicial system to help our clients.

The law is a great tool to keep everyone’s expectations in check whether the issue involves divorce, separation, child custody and support, property distribution and/or spousal support. Below is a chart illustrating the typical sequence of legal issues considered in divorce cases.

Let’s talk about what you want to do.

We seek to find the best solutions for clients who want a legal separation. Please contact our office to set up an appointment to learn how we can help you move your life forward in a positive direction that best suits your goals.

“When winding down relationships, everything is negotiable because, in the end, the purpose is personal freedom to take on a new direction and start over. We look for equitable solutions that allow clients to put the past behind them and move forward into a new life.”
