I have focused my practice solely on matrimonial and family law since graduation from law school. I represent clients in complex matrimonial and family law matters involving:

  • evaluation and distribution of assets and liabilities in divorce
  • contested custody, parental access, child support
  • spousal maintenance
  • post-judgment modification and enforcement of support and custody orders
  • the validity of matrimonial agreements

I also represent clients in the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements.

I understand and respect the intricacies of family relationships. I know that every client, every family, and every legal situation is different. My aim is to preserve those relationships rather than tear them apart. I recognize the goal is to come to a reasonable resolution that enables all members of the family to move forward with their lives, and to that end, I try to minimize both the financial and emotional toll that inevitably results when families are in conflict. I always strive to resolve the issues through negotiation in order to avoid lengthy and expensive Court intervention.
