“Knowledgeable, and considerate. Responded in a very timely manner and was very honest about my situation and case. Was very helpful and I would highly recommend this attorney.”

“I hired this office last year and since that point, my divorce was done in 7 months. Everyone in this office was very helpful. Ken and his lawyers are highly professional and efficient. I came to them because my divorce was so messy with my first lawyer. My accountant recommended Ken. I made a great decision hiring this office, I would definitely recommend!”

We help our clients achieve on their goals.

Our team approach helps clients manage their expectations and moderate their emotions. As a result, clients get their cases to judgment more quickly. Ken Jewell, Managing Partner of the firm says, "Our best clients are those who are interested in moving through the legal process with an eye on their goals.”

We use our legal expertise to move our clients through the process as quickly as possible.

Our practice exclusively focuses on divorce, child custody and support, post-judgment enforcement actions, property distribution and spousal support in addition to prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements. We put all our years of experience and judicial process expertise at the disposal of our clients. We strategize with them on ways to “win” in negotiations and consider options for employing the power of the Court most effectively to move the process along or resolve specific issues. Our goal is to create closure faster and empower our clients to move forward with confidence.

We negotiate first.

We focus first on negotiations because it is a faster, and often, a less expensive way for you to obtain your divorce. In negotiation, each person gives up certain rights to obtain other rights that might otherwise be too expensive or, worse, unavailable to acquire. For example, one spouse may give up a monthly spousal support payment if they he or she were given a large share of the marital assets. If, however, you can’t reach an agreement with your spouse, we would then ask the court for help resolve the remaining issues.

We work to create positive outcomes for our clients.

We view divorce as a positive step for couples who see going their separate ways as a better direction for their lives. We explain your options to you so that you understand what your choices will mean going forward. By focusing on your needs and desires, we can better understand your goals. This helps us to obtain results more in line with what you are looking for.
